Hungarian born American Musicologist, translator and arranger. professor of music at Brooklyn College, director of the Moravian Music Foundation, Inc. Kope has conducted, performed and taught extensively in Europe and America. He has served as church organist and choir director in numerous positions with various denominations. He has been director of the Brooklyn College Opera Theater and executive director of the Brooklyn College Center for the Performing Arts
